The short version

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Your order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre with tracking, and you get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Order before midday and we'll usually have it moving the same day. As soon as it ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link, and you can follow it any time via Track Your Order.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: typically 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. United States: typically 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; occasionally carriers have a slow week.

Subscription refills

Refills are dispatched automatically every 30 days so you never run out. You'll get the same shipping confirmation and tracking email for every refill.

If something goes wrong

Order not moving, tracking stuck, parcel lost or arrived damaged? Email support@tryveyola.com with your order number and we'll fix it, with a replacement or a refund. You'll never be left chasing a courier on your own.
